The Enterprise Development Property Fund is an Impact Fund whose Vision is to Change the LANDscape of Property Ownership Patterns in South Africa. Through our academy we train and support entrepreneurs who wish to become property owners and developers to achieve their goals.

We know that learning is easier when you have an excellent teacher. That's why most of our educators in the Property Academy have achieved an advanced degree and years of practical experience in their field. Our faculty are passionate about property training and the subjects they teach and bring this enthusiasm into their lessons.

Our Property Academy will provide you with 14 of the most critical disciplines you will need to build a successful property portfolio.
Our mission is to embrace the pursuit of excellence both inside and outside of our Property Academy. We encourage critical thinking and practical engagements in the learning process in our Property Academy over rote memorization.
